The International Strategic Management Association (ISMA) was established in 1993 as a non-profit, non-governmental organization. It is an Ιnternational Αcademic Ιnstitution, with participation open to all persons involved or interested in business and economics. The opportunity to participate as a member of ISMA includes a subscription either in the European Research Studies Journal (ERSJ) or the International Journal of Economics and Business Administration (IJEBA) or the International Journal of Finance, Insurance and Risk Management (IJFIRM). Members of ISMA can submit their papers to the above journals at a reduced APC and have the right to attend the annual International Conference on Applied Business and Economics (ICABE) at a reduced registration fee.

Main Objectives


to the development and implementation of strategic business and economics as science, research and practice;


communication and exchange ideas between professors, researchers, professionals and students in business and economics, to develop and support cooperation between educational and research institutions across the world;


the gap between Eurozone member states with European states in transition, the gap between Northern European countries and Southern European countries, the gap between less developed, developing and developed countries in the world;


common interests, ethical culture, social governance and to create new opportunities and new initiatives for cooperation among academics, researchers, professionals from all over the world;


the idea of international economics and business, the idea of equality in work and society, the idea of sustainable development worldwide and the idea of European integration by stimulating research on the process of economic and social integration in Europe through publications in relevant journals, organization of conferences, workshops, educational lectures, research groups and other related activities.
